Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

5. Tracking Information

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

6. Delays & Non-Delivery

Tiaraa.Store shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect address/contact details provided by the customers.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

Customers must report damaged or missing items within 24 hours of delivery along with photos/videos (Compulsory) for verification. Without Images /Videos evidence complaint will not be entertain.
