Return & Refund Policy

At Tiaraa.Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Product received is damaged or defective. (Video recording is mandatory).

  • Product significantly different from its description.

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with Video recording. Video recording as an evidence is must to entertain the Return & Refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized, stitched, or altered products

  • Made-to-order items

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or defective)

  • Items without original tags, packaging, or invoice

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact us at Tiaraa.Stores@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or video of the product (mandatory)

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (wrong/damaged product), reverse pickup will be arranged or return shipping cost will be reimbursed.

  • If return is approved for other valid reasons, shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, Customer can choose any other Product for same Value, else refund will be processed instead.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

  • For prepaid orders cancelled successfully, refunds will be processed as per timelines mentioned above.

8. Color & Design Disclaimer

Slight variations in color, texture, or design due to photography or screen resolution do not qualify as defects.
